Kindly contact the VOLRATHI to discuss the unpleasantness over our world this turn. We would like to know why you felt the need to bring 25+ Attack Transports into our sovereign orbit. We would also like to arrange the delivery of the remnants of your fleet for a small recylcling fee.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.The VOLRATHI Nomads have all Attack Squadrons on standby, ready to depart the system should we come to an amicable agreement. Should it be confirmed that CEREBUS is working in coordination, either directly or indirectly, with the rogue Nomad race LILITH, then our offer of recompense is hereby revoked. Our Imperial Escort Fleet of 100 Marauder 7's is approaching system orbit this cycle. Should you desire continued neutralty, we strongly suggest you vacate that system.
