Turn Processing Status

Is it possible to say, Turn will be ready on or about 730 CST, instead of saying turns will be ready in about 30 minutes. I look at the time post stamped onto the message but then I have to go, well is that showing me CST or my time when it post, which is about 2 hours different. Thanks
