Posted: Fri Jun 29, 2018 9:53 amActually, TL 1 through 9 planets are highly valuable to Pirates, Smugglers, and others who want to use a Pirate Haven. However, if you want to transfer it to them, they have to do it with a GU attack. If you invade it, it will turn into a TL 10 world.
