TOO MANY SHIPYARDS

One of my size 6 worlds has 5 shipyards instead of 3. Or at least it reported as such on the Planet file and the Turn report. As I'd rather not aire the top-secret-Ultra-classified-burn-after-reading details on an open forum, who should I email the information to?

There are some built in anomalies in the game in all sorts of areas. You just happen to have the good luck to have one.
