Ok, first new question in a long time.

Question #21

How do you use Action Code 17 "Diplomacy" with the turn input page to send a message to an unknown player? Where does the actual message go? In the notes section?? Does the action even still work?

In the past we sent an email as an attachment to our turn. In this case, I would send an email to Randy.

Been awhile but I'm confusing myself again so here goes with Question #22:

When you use the CAP UP action...

Are you stating the total number of fighters to be on CAP?

Are you stating the total number of fighters to ADD to the current number of fighters on CAP?

Fighter CAP UP

The carrier group has a total of 6500 fighters and lets say you already have 1400 Fighters on CAP UP and you want 1500.

Order another action of 100 fighters to CAP UP, this will add to the already 1400, thus giving you the desired 1500.

To bring the Fighter CAP DOWN

You have 6500 fighters in the carrier group with 4000 fighters on CAP UP and you want 1500 fighters on CAP UP with 5000 on the strike deck. Order 2500 fighter cap Down, the computer
will subtract this from the 4000 giving you the desired 1500 fighters CAP UP.
