Unable to save turn over previous version

I know I have, as well as other players have had this problem. You go to save a new version of your turn over top of the previous one and it says "The E[playerid][turnid].tak could not be downloaded" or something similar. This is an easy fix. Either delete or rename the existing turn .TAK file and delete the partial download(s) in your save folder. The partial downloads will be very evident as to what they are, the file names will look like the .TAK files but with a lot of extra characters in after the filename (eg. E[playerid][turnid].TAK.gvas12a). Then try to save your turn again. You should get the message "The E[playerid][turnid].TAK download has completed." This means it has saved the current version of your turn as the correct filename.
