ROWAN Explorer destroyed by TWA fleet

An unarmed ROWAN Explorer was destroyed while investigating a platforming operation in a TWA controlled sector. The Commander of the TWA task force said he was forced to act when the ship did not respond to hails. TWA diplomats say they are still waiting for an explanation as to why the ROWAN fleet was in the sector repeatedly scanning worlds.
