One of our planets in IPN has been attacked and conquered by Cyber beings. This unprovoked attack was done by Charon Empire and Gorkhan VII.

This is not the first time that these two races have attacked us. They have stolen and looted one of our planets before.

We ask of all sentient beings of the galaxy for help in this matter. RUs, information, ships, etc. will all be gladly accepted.

The Imperial Registry can account for no military loses against the biological being known as Phantatwain in sector IPN.

Is this a biological manifestation to whip up your race into a frenzy to declare war upon the peaceful CHARON EMPIRE and the Gorkonian race?

Where do you claim I invaded? I have been in IPN for over 75 cycles...

Hauls of your ships? Man, you need to update your software for communication (grammar, spelling).

I think you meant hulls or holds...

If you are claiming certain sectors (not the whole galaxy) what sectors would those be?

Formal Inquiry into the events which led up to the Battle of Merkle Rift
Known to some as IPN.

On stardate 4169 4 squadrons of newly constructed batwing delivery cruisers were on routine training missions at Merkle Rift
Following two successful passes targeting the asteroids in the belt the 3rd pass met with hostile fire from the planet surface, all efforts to evade fire were made, but several craft were damaged and began to drift towards the planet

Fearing the incoming fighters would capture their craft and unable to self-destruct, due to damage to internal systems the crew broadcast a priority one call for help.
The captain of the 4th batwing squadron, Dorado, ordered the arming of 50 merv Hydrogen missiles. It was then a high speed pass over the planet was ordered to protect the crews of the damaged ships, according to galactic law the crews had a right to protect themselves. All missiles fired without incident.
Nearby on patrol, task group 57 also answered the call of a ship in distress. Fleet admiral Kavorkn VII, ordered a strike at the incoming fighters to protect the damaged craft and the sparks of the crew.

Also answering the call of a ship in distress was a Gorkonian Battle Fleet, not knowing if the hostile world had already gained information from these highly advanced cybernetic cruisers the fleet admiral ordered an invasion of the world to find any stolen information from the damaged craft.
It is the determination of this tribunal that had the world left our craft alone this training mission would have gone off without incident, nor would it have escalated into the battle at Merkle Rift which it soon became.

Sole responsibility of this event lies with the Planet Governor of Duchy and reparations of
8000 ru’s should be paid by the hostile government to pay for damage to our craft and reparations for the crew.

To Charon the Destroyer;

The C.C.C. received your fleets distress call, but unfortunately were unable to respond in time to render assistance, due to distance, but the KoR Cleansing Fleet is at your disposal. Should more Bio infestations pose further threats to any of your sparks we could always invoke General Order #1.

As for giving a reason for your actions: The Bios started this a millennia ago, when they tried to turn out our sparks. The KoR need no excuse other than it is a bio, not a true life form, but an infestation that requires eradication.

As Gorkhan VII puts it. "May your spark ever endure."

The Knights Of Rancor have been reactivated and on the move and the constant broadcast on all known com channels fills the vast darkness of space of the Estra Galaxy once again ........

"Who cares if the Bios' hate they are all to be exterminated. The Galaxy must be cleansed!"

From the C.C.C. (Collective's Central Core) of the KNIGHTS OF RANCOR (KoR)
