Correction to Takamo Fiction Contest Popular Vote Result

The rules for the vote in the fiction contest specify that only one prize is to be awarded per writer. Apparently I forgot that. My apologies to David Bellar for the mistake.

We will adjust the prizes t reflect the rule and move the 3rd prize winner to 2nd, the 4th prize winner to 3rd, and announce a new 4th prize winner this afternoon.
