this was in reference to talk of new stars being formed.

A lot of new players have been added into areas throughout the galaxy....a lot of older players will be very surprised when they find folks camping in what they thought was their own back yard. I'm glad I am not one of them

If you look at the posting it actually says "Stellar empires have begun to encounter new starsystems, stellar clouds (nebula) and other stellar anomalies, sometimes in regions that were previously explored."

You may have to go back and explore or send probes to sectors previously shown as empty space.

I know from personal observation of the planets/planetary ownership around me that I have been placed very near older players. I doubt they know or suspect that some of those old "NoStars" sub-sectors are now fully occupied . The primary rule of a Pirate, however, is "Don't poop where you eat".....so we are pooping elsewhere.
