Can someone tell me, what is the value in a tec 2 UNTERRAFORMED world? Is it good for trade....

Likely nothing. Apparently all the inhabitants died off because the planet turned inhospitable. Asteroid strike most likely.

Actually, TL 1 through 9 planets are highly valuable to Pirates, Smugglers, and others who want to use a Pirate Haven. However, if you want to transfer it to them, they have to do it with a GU attack. If you invade it, it will turn into a TL 10 world.

I noticed that after I wrote it. However, you can transfer to a person to terraform if the transfer is done via GU attack. Been There, Done That.
